Can I have your help in a Medium experiment?

I find the whole short form publishing concept fascinating. I’m not trying to earn money with this post, but I would like to know a few things. Like, does a short form post show up on the main page? Are readers more likely to find it via your profile or a direct link? Will Twitter users follow it?

So, here’s what I’m looking for:

Just give me a quick comment about how you found it — main page, twitter, or my profile. Over time, I’ll collect the results and share my findings.

And if you feel like expanding on your comment — as a reader, what do you think of short form posts? Do they appeal to you?

As a writer, will you use it? What can you see using it for?
